? Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and business-driven
E-Commerce Manager
to lead our end-to-end e-commerce strategy and operations. This is a leadership role responsible for driving online revenue growth, optimizing customer experience, managing high-performing teams, and building scalable e-commerce businesses across D2C and marketplace channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling online businesses, leading cross-functional teams, managing P&L;,



and leveraging data to drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with leadership, product, marketing, technology, supply chain, and client teams to deliver exceptional business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own the P&L; and revenue growth for e-commerce businesses.
- Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and growth roadmaps.
- Identify recent market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.

Business Growth
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across digital channels.
- Scale D2C websites and marketplace businesses (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.).
- Optimize pricing, promotions, merchandising, and conversion strategies.
- Lead initiatives to maximize revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
