Job Title: Power BI & AI Reporting Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI & AI Reporting Specialist to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, automated reports, and AI-driven business insights. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Power BI, SQL, Excel, data modeling, and AI tools to transform business data into meaningful reports for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and MIS reports.
- Create automated daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Integrate data from SAP Business One, DMS, CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, APIs, and SQL databases.
- Build KPI dashboards for Sales, Service, Bodyshop, Parts, Finance, HR, and Marketing.
- Design AI-powered reports for forecasting, trend analysis, predictive analytics, and business insights.
- Develop automated alerts and exception reports.
- Optimize report performance and maintain data accuracy.
- Create role-based dashboards with appropriate user access.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.




- Document report logic, KPIs, and data models.

Preferred Experience
- 3–7 years in Power BI development and business intelligence.
- Experience with SAP Business One or ERP systems.
- Experience in automobile dealership reporting is preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
