We're a creative-first digital agency that helps brands grow through engaging content, storytelling, and social media. We're looking for someone who can manage social media
and
create visually appealing content.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and current social media trends
- Skilled in graphic design using
Canva
and/or
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Ability to create social media posts, carousels, stories, and marketing creatives independently
- Good copywriting skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
- Basic understanding of branding, typography, and design aesthetics
- Experience with content planning, scheduling,



and community management
- Ability to analyze performance and optimize content
- Experience with Meta Ads and AI tools is a plus
- Based in Kolkata, Howrah, or nearby

Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for multiple brands
- Plan and schedule content
- Design creatives for social media
- Write captions and manage community engagement
- Monitor trends and improve content performance
- Collaborate with the creative team to execute campaigns
