We're building a focused outbound sales team and are looking for someone with cold calling experience who can qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team.
What You'll Do:
- Make 50–100 outbound cold calls daily to international prospects (US, UK, Canada, UAE)
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the senior sales team
- Log calls and update the CRM after every conversation
- Meet weekly appointment-setting targets set by the sales manager
What we're looking for:
- Experience in cold calling, telecalling, or outbound sales
- B2B sales experience (agency or IT services preferred)
- Comfortable with high-volume international calling
- Solid spoken English and communication skills
- Self-disciplined, independent, and goal-oriented
- Able to handle rejection and maintain consistent outreach
