We are seeking a agile and results-driven Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead and execute the school's marketing, branding, and admissions support strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing the school's visibility, enhancing its brand reputation, driving student enrolment, and managing both digital and offline marketing initiatives. Candidate should be willing to relocate to UAE for future operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the school's objectives.

· Plan and execute student admission campaigns to increase enrolment.

· Manage the school's brand identity across all communication channels.

· Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

· Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and promotional videos.

· Manage the school's website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and regularly updated.

· Organize and promote school events,



open houses, exhibitions, and community engagement programs.

· Build and maintain relationships with media partners, vendors, and community organizations.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and parent feedback to identify opportunities.

· Track marketing performance using analytics and prepare periodic reports with recommendations.

· Collaborate closely with the admissions, academic, and administrative teams to support recruitment and retention initiatives.

· Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

· Supervise external agencies, photographers, designers, and content creators when required.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
