Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in Blue Yonder ESP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical design documents.
- Configure, customize, and optimize ESP modules (e.g., Demand, Fulfillment, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning).
- Integrate Blue Yonder ESP with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Work with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive planning efficiency.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Support user training, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Business, and Product Owners.
