Role Description
The Human Resources Generalist full time role is an onsite position responsible for supporting HR operations across TechProjects’ gcc teams. The role involves administering HR policies and procedures,



assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The Human Resources Generalist will coordinate with Payroll & benefits administration, respond to employee inquiries, and support compliance with local and global employment regulations. This position will also collaborate with managers on performance and employee relations matters, contribute to HR process improvements, and assist with HR reporting and documentation.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the ability to apply and communicate them consistently.
- Payroll preparation support
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and resolving employee issues is a plus
