5D BIM Expert with 5- 10 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital construction, and project lifecycle management. The candidate will lead the implementation of 5D BIM methodologies by integrating 3D models with project scheduling and cost management, ensuring improved planning, coordination, and decision-making across infrastructure and building projects.
- Develop, manage, and coordinate 3D/4D/5D BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Integrate BIM models with project schedules and cost estimates to support planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Perform model coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews using industry-standard tools.
- Establish and enforce BIM standards, workflows,



and quality assurance processes in line with ISO 19650.
- Manage Common Data Setting (CDE) using Autodesk BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Automate BIM workflows using Dynamo, Python, or other scripting tools to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless BIM implementation and data exchange.
- Support BIM maturity assessments and digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor project teams on BIM best practices and emerging technologies.
