Role Review

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused
Managers Implementation
to lead enterprise HCM transformation programs for global customers. This role extends far beyond project management.



You will partner with customers to understand their business, recommend best practices, configure enterprise HCM solutions, drive adoption, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure successful business outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, QA, and Leadership teams while managing multiple enterprise implementations across industries and geographies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Tapplent's HCM platform from discovery through production rollout.
- Conduct business discovery workshops and translate customer requirements into scalable platform configurations.
- Configure and implement modules.
