Job Summary

The Presales Manager is responsible for managing the presales process by engaging prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting project information, qualifying leads, and coordinating site visits. The role serves as the first point of contact for potential buyers and plays a key part in converting inquiries into sales opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and digital platforms.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and purchase intent.
- Provide detailed information about residential and commercial real estate projects, including pricing, amenities, payment plans, and availability.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and ensure timely updates.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure prompt follow-up on campaign-generated leads.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Monitor lead response times and ensure adherence to defined service levels.
- Assist the sales team with project presentations, brochures, pricing sheets, and customer documentation.
- Address customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Analyze lead sources and customer feedback to recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
- 58 years of experience in real estate presales, inside sales, or customer relationship management.
- Experience handling residential or commercial real estate projects is preferred.
