Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed financial projections, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Well versed with concepts such as DCF, IRR, NPV, working capital computation etc.
- Preparation of monthly financial report/ deck for management and quarterly board deck
- Developing comprehensive financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Experience in handling big4 consulting for share valuation, M&A; activities such as financial due diligence, quality of earning reporting
- Experience related to integration of acquired entities/ business
Qualification and Experience
- Chartered Accountant with post-qualification experience of 6-8 years having exposure in above skill.
