Role Description
The Area Sales Manager is a full-time role based in Bengaluru, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing sales activities in the assigned region, including identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with hospital and healthcare decision-makers,



and promoting Workspace Metal Solutions’ modular OTs and critical care products. The Area Sales Manager will conduct client meetings and site visits, prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and follow up to close deals. The role also requires tracking sales performance, providing market feedback, coordinating with technical and project teams for smooth execution, and representing the company at industry events and exhibitions.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare infrastructure, medical equipment, or related technical products.
- Robust relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders in hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Solid understanding of sales planning, pipeline management, and territory development, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Effective communication and presentation skills
