Solar Project Manager (EPC) / Installation Team Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of solar installation projects from start to finish.
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple solar EPC projects.
- Lead and supervise installation teams, electricians, and site engineers.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure projects are completed within the committed timeline and budget.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Handle site execution, commissioning, testing, and project handover.
- Manage material planning and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Resolve technical issues during installation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and project completion reports.
- Ensure all documentation is completed for project submission and client handover.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in the Solar EPC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of rooftop and commercial solar systems.
- Hands-on experience with inverters, solar modules, electrical systems, and commissioning.
- Ability to lead installation teams and manage multiple project sites.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel to project locations across Telangana and neighboring states when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in net metering, CEIG approvals, and DISCOM coordination.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic electrical drawings.
