This is a high-ownership role where you'll work at the intersection of Operations, Data, Strategy, and Academic Excellence to scale one of the most critical functions in our business.

Operational Excellence

Build visibility across the entire teacher lifecycle—from hiring and training to onboarding, quality, performance, retention, and escalations.
- Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and executive-ready insights that enable data-driven decision-making.

Cross-Functional Program Management
- Partner with Teacher Hiring, Training, Quality,



Academic Operations, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams.
- Identify risks early, remove bottlenecks, and ensure every initiative moves from planning to successful execution.

Strategic Program Execution
- Convert ambiguous business challenges into structured action plans with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive operational reviews, monitor key success metrics, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.

Process Innovation & Automation

Design scalable SOPs, operational playbooks, and workflows that improve efficiency. Leverage AI tools, automation, Google Apps Script, and BI platforms to reduce manual effort and build smarter operations.
