About the Role

We're not looking for someone to just post carousels and stories. We're looking for someone who thinks like a brand builder β€” someone who understands our customer, knows what makes fashion content perform, and can use modern AI tools to create scroll-stopping visuals at speed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Building (Primary Focus)
- Own the visual identity and voice of NoLabels across Instagram and other platforms
- Ensure every post, reel, and story feels premium, consistent, and on-brand β€” not just "content for the sake of posting"




- Develop monthly content themes aligned with collections, launches, festive moments, and sales (e.g., EOSS)
- Track competitor and aspirational brands to keep our aesthetic and positioning ahead of the curve

2. Customer Segment Understanding
- Deeply understand our core customer β€” her age, lifestyle, occasions she dresses for, and what she aspires to
- Create content tailored to different segments (college-going, working professionals, occasion wear buyers)
- Use insights from store staff, DMs, comments, and analytics to refine content strategy

3. Reel Content Ideation, Shoots & Scripting
- Plan and script reels end-to-end: hooks, storyline, shot list, captions, and CTAs
- Coordinate and direct in-store and on-model shoots (styling, transitions, trending audio)
- Stay on top of Instagram trends and adapt them to the brand quickly β€” speed matters
- Maintain a rolling content calendar with a healthy
