Roswalt Realty is looking for a highly capable Chief AI & Intelligence Officer (CAIO) / Head of AI who will lead the complete AI mandate across the organisation.
This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role. The candidate will be responsible for building Roswalts AI function from the ground up, identifying high-impact business use cases, designing scalable AI solutions and ensuring measurable business outcomes across Sales, Legal, Construction, Finance, Customer Experience and Internal Operations.
The ideal candidate should not be a pure advisory or research profile. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, understand business priorities, architect AI solutions, work closely with leadership and also guide the technical execution of production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and publish a 12-month and 36-month AI roadmap for Roswalt Realty within the first 30 days of joining.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across Sales, Legal, Construction, Finance, CRM and Internal Productivity.
- Work closely with the Chairman and business heads to align AI initiatives with business growth, efficiency and profitability.
- Prioritise use cases based on business value, feasibility, data readiness and measurable ROI.
2. AI Product Development & Deployment
- Build and deploy a minimum of 4 production-grade AI products in Year 1.
- Lead AI initiatives across:
- Lead Intelligence & Sales AI
- Document AI & Legal Automation
- Construction & Site Intelligence
- Customer Experience AI
- Financial & Risk AI
- Internal Productivity AI
- Ensure AI products are scalable, usable and adopted by business teams.
3. Sales Lead Generation & Conversion AI
- Design and implement AI-led solutions for real estate sales lead generation, lead scoring, customer segmentation and conversion prediction.
