Role Description This is a full-time, Senior Human Resources role based in Mumbai. This person will lead HR Operations for the location, partnering with business leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management and development.



Daily responsibilities include managing the employee life cycle, overseeing recruitment in collaboration with talent acquisition, and ensuring effective onboarding, performance management, and succession planning. The role will also handle employee relations, guide leaders on HR policies, and drive initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. In addition, this person will oversee compensation and advantages administration at the local level, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, manage HR data and reporting, and contribute to global HR projects and process improvements
