About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Executive Fundraising to support our tree transplantation initiative, partnerships, and fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in donor engagement, CSR partnerships, proposal development, fundraising campaigns, stakeholder management, and project coordination. The role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building capabilities, and an understanding of the social development ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

CSR & Corporate Partnerships
- Identify and research prospective CSR partners, corporate donors, foundations, and philanthropic organizations.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders.
- Support the development and execution of CSR engagement strategies.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective partners.
- Track CSR opportunities through company CSR portals, networks, and industry platforms.

Fundraising & Resource Mobilization




- Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies to mobilize financial resources.
- Prepare compelling fundraising proposals, concept notes, grant applications, and donor presentations.
- Support individual giving, crowdfunding, employee giving, and corporate fundraising campaigns.
- Maintain a donor database and monitor donor engagement activities.
- Ensure timely submission of donor reports, utilization reports, and impact updates.

Proposal Development & Documentation
- Draft high-quality project proposals aligned with donor priorities.
- Prepare budgets in coordination with program and finance teams.
- Develop presentations, brochures, case studies, and communication materials for fundraising.
- Collect and compile project data, success stories, beneficiary testimonials, and impact metrics.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal program teams to gather project information and funding requirements.
