We are looking for an Associate to join our team on a long-term basis. As an

Executive Associate, you will drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating site

visits, and supporting the sales team, while achieving targets and building solid client

relationships through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cold calling, tele-sales, tele-marketing, and outbound calling to generate

prospective clients.

• Make 60–80 productive outbound calls daily and schedule 15–25 client meetings/site

visits per month.

• Generate, qualify, and maintain a database of prospects, including collecting and updating

customer information.

• Organize and coordinate site visits and assist in conducting in-person sales meetings with

clients.

• Present real estate projects, features,



and benefits effectively to prospective buyers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for site visits and lead conversions as set by the

company.

• Work collaboratively with the team, report to superiors, and manage sales data and

reports using Excel.

• All responsibilities assigned by the company must be fulfilled.

• A proper handover of responsibilities is required when leaving the position.

Required Skills:

• Strong command of all three languages: English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel.
