Role Description
The Interior Design Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The consultant will meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, and translate these into cohesive design concepts. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting furniture, finishes, and materials, preparing mood boards and presentations, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely project execution. The role also involves guiding clients through product choices, providing after-sales support as needed, and maintaining robust client relationships. The consultant will work closely with the design team to ensure each project meets PropDesign Interiors’ quality and design standards.





Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients and understand their lifestyle, design preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Conduct design consultations and present space planning, mood boards, material selections, and design concepts.
- Prepare quotations and guide clients through the complete sales journey.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects by delivering an exceptional consultation experience.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and execution teams for smooth project handover.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and finishes.
- Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the design and sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
