Based in Whitefield-Varthur, Bangalore, this is an on-site role for a sharp, proactive EA supporting a Principal who leads high-impact strategic initiatives. Role Responsibilities
- Manage the Principal s calendar, travel, and priorities with zero missed deadlines anticipating needs before they re voiced.
- Screen, filter, and escalate communications from school principals to investors with professional discretion and urgency.
- Prepare meeting decks, briefing notes, and executive summaries for board sessions, investor reviews, and internal strategy discussions.
- Coordinate cross-functional syncs between Product, Sales, and Ops teams ensuring alignment and follow-through on key decisions.




- Handle expense reporting, vendor coordination, and ad hoc operational tasks with precision and speed.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and sounding board providing context, flagging risks, and elevating opportunities for strategic attention.
