Job Title: Head AGM- Human Resources

Job Summary

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for leading the overall HR function by developing and implementing people strategies that align with the organization& business objectives. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & advantages, learning & development, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development while fostering a positive, high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and business goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.




- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.

Employee Relations
- Foster a positive employee relations environment by addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management
- Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Support managers in performance coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives across the organization.

Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and employee benefits.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices aligned with business objectives.
