Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Brand Onboarding Manager – Influencer Marketing role based in Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Brand Onboarding Manager will lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new brand partners, ensuring smooth integration into MOCA’s influencer marketing ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client objectives,



defining influencer campaign requirements, coordinating with internal strategy, account, and operations teams, and preparing onboarding documentation and workflows. The role involves identifying suitable influencers and platforms, aligning brand guidelines, managing timelines, and setting expectations for performance and reporting. The Brand Onboarding Manager will maintain regular communication with brand stakeholders, address onboarding issues, and optimize processes to enhance client satisfaction and campaign readiness.

Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media campaign management, preferably within an agency or brand environment.
