Job responsibilities :
IDAM L1 engineer will be responsible for resolving issues related to password resets, account unlocks, and guiding users on how to set up MFA. (Script-driven). The engineer will handle high-volume, low-complexity issues that can be resolved quickly using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Notify security teams if a sudden spike in account lockouts is observed (which could indicate a brute-force attack).
- Monitor Cymmetri IDAM dashboards and health alerts.
- Handle basic user requests: Password resets, account unlocks, and MFA token resets.
- Execute standard provisioning/de-provisioning tasks based on approved SOPs.
- Triaging tickets and routing complex issues to L2.
- First-call resolution for common login issues.
L2 - 3 - 5 years Experience
Job responsibilities :
IDAM L2 engineer will be responsible for resolving issues related to fixing sync errors, debugging SSO failures, modifying policies, and reading logs. (Logic-driven).
