Role & responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision across digital, offline, experiential, and brand communication touchpoints.
• Build and manage a high-performing design team.
• Define creative standards, processes, and quality benchmarks.
• Mentor designers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
• Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to leadership stakeholders.

Integrated Brand & Communication Design
- Lead end-to-end design development across digital, print, environmental, retail, and experiential touchpoints.
• Create designs for social media assets, performance marketing campaigns, videos, and CRM journeys.
• Design and oversee production of brochures, prospectuses, outdoor advertising, hoardings, event branding, exhibition booths, POS materials, merchandise, packaging, campus branding, and environmental graphics.
• Ensure consistency across all online and offline brand experiences.
• Collaborate with vendors and production partners for flawless execution.





AI-Powered Creative Excellence
- Build AI-assisted creative workflows to improve ideation, productivity, and creative experimentation.
• Use AI tools for concept generation, visualization, storyboarding, video creation, and rapid prototyping.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI platforms including Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Veo, Kling, Sora, Flux, Ideogram, and related technologies.
• Develop reusable prompt frameworks and AI design systems.
• Drive adoption of AI-first creative practices across the team.

Design Thinking & Up-to-date Design Philosophy
- Deep understanding of Human-Centred Design, Design Thinking, Behavioural Design, Experience Design, Motion-First Design, Mobile-First Design, Minimalism, and Conversion-Focused Design.
• Apply consumer psychology and attention-economy principles to creative development.
• Build scalable design systems and visual frameworks.
