Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Generate and qualify leads within target organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, leadership teams,etc.).
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.
- Develop and deliver customized presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
- Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, operations) for successful execution.
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications: -
- Postgraduate / MBA preferred
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience.
