Role Description
This is a full time role for a Research and Development Engineer, based in Cochin. The Engineer will design, develop, and improve power electronics products and related systems, from concept through prototyping and validation. Daily responsibilities include conducting research, performing feasibility studies,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into robust product designs. The role involves planning and executing tests, analyzing results, and implementing design modifications to enhance performance, reliability, and safety. The Engineer will document R&D; activities, support product introductions, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation aligned with Hykon’s quality standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D;) and Product Development skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Research and Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Testing experience related to electronic products or systems.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of power electronics, embedded systems, or renewable energy technologies is beneficial.
