One of our clients-Anunta a reputed IT Company wants to hire a Lead Content or Senior Resource. This person will have strategic and operational responsibilities and oversee all content creation, management, and strategy aspects. The person is responsible for shaping the brand's narrative, engaging the target audience, and driving content-driven initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, managing the content team, and ensuring content consistency and quality across all platforms.

Job Responsibilities

· Content Strategy Development: Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, target audience, and brand identity.

· Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of content creators, writers, and other relevant personnel.

· Content Planning and Production: Overseeing the planning, creation, and distribution of high-quality, engaging content across various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, videos, and email.

· SEO Optimization:



Ensuring all content is optimized for search engine visibility and adheres to best practices.

· Content Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to align content with overall business objectives.

· Brand Consistency: Maintaining consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual style across all content platforms.

· Content and Website Audits: Regularly reviewing content across all channels to ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.

· Staying Current: Staying current on the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and digital media.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Journalism/Information Technology, Computer Science, or any IT discipline.

· 10-12 years
