Role Description
The Advocate Lawyer Intern role at RP INFOCARE PVT LTD is a full-time, non-paid internship based in Bengaluru, structured as a hybrid position with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and policies related to the company’s technology services and client engagements. Daily tasks may include legal research on IT,



data protection, intellectual property, and contract law; helping prepare compliance documentation; and supporting the team in handling regulatory and contractual queries. The intern will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal clarity in agreements, contribute to risk assessment and mitigation efforts, and maintain organized records of legal files and correspondence. This role is designed to offer practical exposure to corporate and technology law within a fast-paced IT solutions environment.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Robust legal research, analysis, and drafting skills, with attention to detail and clear written communication.
