*Roles & Responsibilities*
- Lead design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet project goals and objectives.
- Supervise and lead the design department, fostering continuous improvement in the process.
- Oversee the development and progress of designs for various projects.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the design department.
- To coordinate and monitor the design engineering team to prepare/ modify the company's Display centres & Events/Exhibitions layout and detailed furniture drawings as per Company’s furniture fittings and as per the Project specific requirement




- To understand the requirement and get rough sketches/ customized designs/ wall elevations & develop detailed drawings with the help of computer-aided drafting (AutoCAD) software(s) from the Design Engineers.
- To implement current ideas / process
- To maintain a record of drawings and update change in drawings, etc
- In addition, carry out any other assignments related to designing / Furniture drawings / Hardware fittings as assigned by Management/ Sales and Marketing Director
- Prepare feasibility drawings for layouts, apartments, and villa projects.
- Craft and present master plans, including parking layout, ensuring plinth efficiency and parking efficiency are well-documented.
- Collaborate with MEP and Structural consultants to ensure alignment of all design elements.
- Coordinate with the Elevation & Landscape team to maintain the aesthetic and functional balance of the projects.
