Role & responsibilities
- 35 years of experience in IT Recruitment with a strong focus on Contract Staffing.
- Proven experience hiring for contract, C2H, and permanent IT positions.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies including Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, React, Angular, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, SAP, Salesforce, Infrastructure, and ERP technologies.
- Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of contract staffing models, vendor management, payroll models, and client SLAs.
- Experience in salary and rate negotiation, offer management, and candidate engagement.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
