*Direct Responsibilities*
- *Ensure proper implementation and rollout of Voice Logger systems (Landline & Mobile Call Recording) across all branches and franchisees. This includes installation of recording software/mobile logger applications, user creation, and configuration of storage paths for voice recordings.*
- *Provide training to branch and franchisee teams on order reconciliation processes between cloud-based voice recordings and client pre-orders executed on Trade Tiger / Exchange platforms.*
- *Attend to and resolve all technical queries and issues related to Mobile Call Recording, Landline Call Recording, and IVR BOT (160/140) services in line with TRAI/SEBI guidelines.*
- *Manage system maintenance activities including release management, installation of patches, system upgrades, weekend sanity checks, and perform after-hours support as required.*
- *Visit branches and franchisees as and when required for in office support and issue resolution.*
- *Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical issues in the voice recording and IVR BOT systems on priority, with timely escalation to management.*
- *Ensure timely and complete restoration of all voice recordings and related data files to the Head Office server.*
- *Monitor and follow up with branches/franchisees regarding system shutdowns, faulty equipment, and device/server malfunctions.*
- *Prepare periodic MIS reports on voice recording pre-reconciliation with order files and escalate cases of low reconciliation percentage to the Business Head and senior management.*
- *Coordinate with vendors and the internal IT team for dependent activities such as database maintenance, vulnerability assessments, Windows server patching, and other infrastructure-related tasks.*
