The SAP PM Functional Consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of the SAP Plant Maintenance module (and S/4HANA Asset Management). This role bridges the gap between industrial plant operations and IT, ensuring that asset management, preventive maintenance strategies, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) workflows are optimized to minimize machine downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

Must-Have Skills
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of dedicated hands-on experience as an SAP PM Functional Consultant
- Lifecycle Experience: Proven experience participating in at least 12 full lifecycle SAP implementations or major S/4HANA migration projects.
- S/4HANA Knowledge: Strong familiarity with S/4HANA Asset Management, Fiori apps, and up-to-date localized asset strategies.
- Reporting: Competence in SAP PM standard reporting tools, info structures, or embedded analytics.
