About the Role
As a Guest Relationship Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors. Your role is to understand guests' interests, recommend the best experiences, assist with bookings, and ensure every visitor leaves with unforgettable memories. If you enjoy meeting new people, working in tourism, and creating exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their visit.
- Recommend rides, activities, and adventure packages based on guest preferences.
- Coordinate bookings and ensure a smooth visitor experience.
- Build strong relationships with travel groups, families, and individual guests.
- Answer guest enquiries and provide accurate information about attractions, facilities, and events.
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Work closely with the operations team to deliver outstanding service.
- Help achieve customer satisfaction and revenue goals through exceptional guest engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, tourism, hotels, resorts, travel agencies, or customer-facing sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Hindi and/or Tamil language skills are an added advantage.
- Confident personality with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for tourism, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
