Role Description
The Senior Conference Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for end-to-end conference production, including developing event themes and agendas, identifying target audiences, and shaping program content aligned with market needs.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed market research, engaging with industry stakeholders, securing high-caliber speakers, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful event delivery. The Senior Conference Producer will manage timelines, oversee content quality, and support event logistics in collaboration with the event management team. This position also involves building long-term relationships with speakers and partners and continuously improving conference formats based on feedback and analytics.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Conference Production skills, including agenda creation, topic selection, and structuring multi-session programs.
