Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis I – Tandoor Cuisine to join our culinary team at our Multicuisine Fine Dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking Tandoor dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, hygiene, and presentation. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to grow their career in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Tandoor dishes as per established recipes and standards.
- Assist in daily food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with company policies.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support senior chefs and work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service.

Qualifications & Skills




- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tandoor cuisine.
- Knowledge of cooking methods, and kitchen practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
