About Kainotomic

Kainotomic is an early-stage AI start-up building the infrastructure and marketplace for a recent generation of AI-native software creators. As AI tools make it faster than ever for individual developers and small teams to build software, the real bottleneck has shifted to distribution, monetization, trust, payments, and getting in front of the right users. Kainotomic exists to close that gap, giving creators a platform to launch, distribute, and monetize AI-built apps and products without having to solve all of those themselves.

Alongside the core platform, we build AI-driven tools across developer workflows, content, marketing, and automation treating our own internal operations as a testing ground for the products we ship.

What we are looking for?

We're looking for an
Associate Partner

to own growth and strategic communication for Kainotomic, a role that sits at the intersection of brand strategy, marketing, and founder-office execution. This is not a narrow "run the Instagram" job.



Your primary mandate is to define how Kainotomic sounds and where it stands in a crowded, noisy AI landscape then build the campaigns, content, and partnerships that carry that narrative out into the world. You'll be the founder's closest collaborator on growth strategy, and you'll treat every initiative as an experiment to be measured and iterated on..

What would you be doing?
- Define the voice:

Translate company vision into distinctive messaging that avoids "generic AI" clichés
- Marketing campaigns:

Plan and execute campaigns across channels to drive creator acquisition and platform awareness
- Branding:

Shape and protect Kainotomic's brand voice, visual identity, and positioning as the company scales
- PR:

Build relationships with press, newsletters, and industry voices; manage announcements and launches
- Content strategy:

Set the direction for content across platform, social, and founder-led channels — not just execute, but decide what we should be sayi
