Key Responsibilities
- Search and monitor tender opportunities from government and private portals.
- Review tender documents and understand eligibility requirements.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents and information.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bids, and related documents.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and correspondence related to tenders.
- Follow up with clients regarding tender status and clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
- Maintain databases of tenders, clients, and submission deadlines.
- Assist management in preparing quotations, proposals, and bid documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
