Seeking an experienced RPA Business Analyst to identify, assess, and document automation opportunities across enterprise business processes. The role involves bridging business operations and RPA delivery teams, gathering requirements, mapping workflows, and ensuring successful implementation of scalable, production-ready automation solutions.
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Conduct process discovery sessions and analyze current-state business workflows.
- Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), business requirement documents, and workflow diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops to define future-state automated processes and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with RPA developers and technical teams to validate automation feasibility and solution design.
- Support UAT, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Track automation KPIs, ROI, operational benefits, and process performance improvements.
- Coordinate with delivery teams, operations teams,



and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure automation solutions align with business goals, compliance standards, and operational requirements.
- Deep experience in enterprise process analysis across Finance, Healthcare, Energy, or similar industries.
- Familiarity with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or other RPA platforms.
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies and automation lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting automation governance, reporting, and operational KPI tracking.
- Robust communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant RPA certifications and enterprise automation project experience are highly preferred.
