Role Summary

We are hiring a *hands-on Social Media Growth Executive* to help build Kris Gethin Gyms’ corporate social presence from the ground up.

This is an *execution-first role* with *real decision-making authority*, exposure to leadership, and a clear path to owning a team as the brand scales.

You will not be “just posting content.”

You will be *building systems, setting direction, and raising the execution bar*.

What You’ll Own (Day 1)

* Corporate social media accounts (content, consistency, quality)

* Content ideation, scripting, and execution

* Creative direction (what gets posted and why)

* Use of AI tools for:

* Content ideas

* Hooks, captions, scripts





* Performance analysis and iteration

* Working with internal designers/editors to improve output quality

* Creating simple templates and guidelines for franchise partners

You will be *hands-on* in the first phase. Strategy without execution is not acceptable.
