Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Hire for Mindset:
Move beyond standard resume filtering. You will identify candidates based on their thinking, sense of ownership, and cultural alignment.
- Founder Partnership:
Work closely with the founders to identify and secure critical hires that move the needle for the agency.

2. Culture & Employee Experience
- Build Trust:
Act as a bridge between the team and leadership, driving transparency and psychological safety.
- Pulse Checks:




Conduct regular 1:1s to move past surface-level talk and understand the real issues, motivations, and aspirations of our team.

3. Manager Enablement & Coaching
- Empower Leaders:
Coach our team leads on the "soft" side of management—delivering difficult feedback, handling conflicts with empathy, and leading meaningful performance conversations.

4. Performance & Growth
- Simple Systems:
Design and maintain performance systems that are clear and impactful, rather than heavy and bureaucratic.
- Growth Mapping:
Identify high-potential individuals and create pathways for their continuous learning and development.

5. Operations & Compliance
- Seamless Ops:
Manage the core HR functions, including recruitment cycles, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Office Management:
Oversee office operations and vendor relationships to ensure a smooth daily working environment.
