Hiring: Oracle OIC Consultant / Lead Support Engineer

Mandatory Skills Required
- 10+ years of total IT experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Solid experience supporting and enhancing Oracle OIC, VBCS, and VBS in production environments
- Proven expertise in integrating:
- Oracle ERP Cloud
- Oracle HCM Cloud
- SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
- SaaS-to-PaaS integrations
- Extensive experience with OIC Adapters:
- Oracle ERP Adapter
- File Server Adapter
- Database Adapter
- FTP Adapter
- Experience configuring and maintaining OIC Connectivity Agent for on-premise integrations
- Strong hands-on experience with FBDI file generation, upload, and troubleshooting
- Advanced fault handling, reprocessing strategies, and error management in OIC
- Strong SQL / PL-SQL skills with ATP / DBCS and performance tuning expertise
- Good experience with Oracle BI and OTBI reporting
- Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
- Good understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
