Functional Role (Job Description)
The
Sr. Manager - Finance Reporting
is to take responsibility for Advanced Reporting / BI activities, Financial Data mining, Financial Data Analysis and Reporting. The role will be responsible for all kind of Reporting as part of Global Business Support Services Team. The requirement will be to work with various teams to understand, gather and document reporting requirements to meet business needs. Using skills and experience, the person will then use those requirements to design, test and implement reports and dashboards that utilize the underlying data store/warehouse. Looking for an individual, who is forward thinking, enjoys challenges in logical thinking and process improvement, is highly organized and pays close attention to detail.

Education Background
Degree in Accounting

Finance, or relevant field
Master’s Degree
preferably in an analytical or business discipline (Accounting / Finance, Computer Science, etc.) - MBA Finance, M. Com
BI certifications desirable
Work Experience
10 - 14 years of work experience, preferably in Financial Reporting preferably in IT and/or ITeS company in a Global Workplace
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in tools like advanced
Microsoft Excel
and PowerPoint, or more advanced tools like
SAP BPC

Power BI for data mining, analysis, and visualization
