Role Description
The Migration Case Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi, responsible for managing client migration cases from initial consultation through final decision. This position involves assessing client eligibility, gathering and verifying documentation, preparing applications, and maintaining accurate case records. The officer will communicate regularly with clients to explain requirements, timelines, and legal or procedural updates in a clear and supportive manner.



Daily work includes collaborating with internal teams, staying current with relevant migration regulations and policies, and ensuring each case is handled with diligence, confidentiality, and compliance. The role also requires proactive problem-solving and attention to detail to support successful outcomes for clients.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Case Management experience, including organizing documentation, tracking case progress, and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret regulations, assess eligibility, and identify risks or inconsistencies in applications.
