Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Executive to provide first-level technical support to end users. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and basic network issues while ensuring timely resolution of user requests. The role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level (L1) technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
- Configure and support printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts in Active Directory.
- Install operating systems, software applications, drivers, and security updates.
- Assist users with password resets, email configuration, and VPN connectivity.
- Log,



track, and update incidents using the organization's IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
- Escalate unresolved incidents to L2/L3 support teams as required.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of hardware and software.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance of desktops and IT equipment.
- Follow IT security policies and ensure endpoint compliance.
- Provide remote and onsite support to users when required.

Required Skills

Technical Skills
- Valuable knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Understanding of antivirus, endpoint security, and patch management.
- Experience in desktop imaging and software installation.
- Familiarity with remote support tools.
