Job Designation:

7+ years of experience in Informatica (4-5 years in IDMC) with robust focus on platform operations, support, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), and Secure Agent components from a run/support perspective. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, platform diagnostics expertise, and the ability to ensure stability, performance, and reliability of IDMC services in production environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and troubleshoot Secure Agent issues including disconnections, crashes, and resource exhaustion; perform restarts and workload rebalancing as required.

Support CDGC (Cloud Data Governance & Catalog) by resolving metadata scan failures, catalog accessibility issues,



and ensuring metadata visibility and lineage availability.

Resolve CDQ (Cloud Data Quality) platform/service issues such as service unavailability, UI/access problems, and engine-level failures.

Support other IDMC services as well – CAI, MDM etc.

Troubleshoot and fix CDQ–CDGC synchronization issues, ensuring profiling results and data quality scores are accurately published to the catalog.

Investigate and resolve platform performance degradation, including analyzing agent load, concurrency, and recommending tuning/scaling strategies.

Perform log analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) for platform-level issues and support incident/problem management processes.

Validate platform stability post releases/patches and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Collaborate with engineering and support teams to drive production stability and continuous improvement.
