Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer role based in Chennai. The MEP Engineer will design, review, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building services projects,



ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and checking drawings, performing load calculations, selecting equipment, and collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve design and site issues. The role involves participating in project meetings, supporting MEP coordination during construction, reviewing shop drawings and material submittals, and assisting in testing, commissioning, and handover documentation. The engineer will also contribute to quality assurance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Qualifications
