Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated
Project Lead – ELV
with proven experience in
Project Execution, Monitoring, and Project Management
of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading site execution activities, managing project schedules, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery within the defined scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of ELV projects from initiation to completion.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards,



and quality requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage manpower allocation, material planning, and site logistics.
- Attend project review meetings and provide status updates to management.
- Ensure timely completion and successful delivery of projects.

Required Skills
- Solid experience in
Project Execution, Monitoring, and Project Management
.
- Hands-on experience with ELV systems such as:
- Building Management System (BMS)
- Fire Alarm System (FAS)
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Public Address (PA) System
- Networking (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and project documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and project reporting tools.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, E&TC;, or a related engineer
