Role Description
The Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert for Working Professionals and Younger Kids (Domestic) is a full time remote role focused on delivering high-quality online instruction in phonics, spoken English, and public speaking. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and conducting interactive sessions for younger children and adult learners, preparing structured lesson plans and learning materials,



and adapting teaching strategies to different age groups and proficiency levels. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining detailed records of attendance and performance. The expert will also collaborate with the academic team to refine curricula, integrate new teaching tools, and support a positive, inclusive learning environment for all learners.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in phonics, spoken English, and public speaking for both children and adults, with the ability to simplify concepts and build confidence.
- Demonstrated experience in online teaching or training, including use of virtual classroom platforms, digital learning tools, and interactive teaching methods.
