Roles and Responsibilities :

Position Responsibilities:

The role will involve the following critical activities:

Perform CLO Compliance testing and review across multiple deals and platforms.

Calculate and analyze CLO Waterfalls, income distributions, and asset coverage tests.

Provide support on CLO warehouse close activities, including asset transfer and reconciliations.

Manage trade closing and settlement processes in accordance with standard procedures.

Process loan servicing notices, including rate resets, paydowns, prepayments, and corporate actions.

Perform daily and monthly cash and position reconciliations with custodians, trustees, and internal systems.

Liaise with portfolio managers, trustees, agents, and counterparties to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.

Maintain and update data in systems such as WSO Admin, WSO Web, and ClearPar.

Extract and verify credit data from S&P; and Moody’s for compliance and reporting.

Support UAT for new functionality or system enhancements.





Lead or assist in the documentation of recent processes and internal training initiatives (for Team Lead role).

Job Requirements :

Must Have:

MBA (Finance) or equivalent with 3+ years (Senior Analyst) / 5+ years (Team Lead) experience in CLO operations / structured credit.

Hands-on experience in CLO Compliance, CLO Waterfalls, Warehouse Close support, and Loan Servicing.

Proven track record in trade closing and settlement (ClearPar, agent banks, counterparty coordination).

Expertise in cash and position reconciliations with trustees, custodians, and internal systems.

Proficiency in the following systems/tools:

o WSO Admin / WSO Web

o ClearPar

o S&P; and Moody’s portals

Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel (macros preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment..
